They came immediately to the house picked up my paperwork took it back, destroyed it and returned with a certificate. Very professional, polite and reasonably priced.

I had a small shredding job that kept growing as we cleaned out a closet. I heard from Armando at File Depot very promptly and he worked with me as the job grew with no problem at all. We scheduled an appointment and Armando came early. He worked quickly to remove the boxes from our office and emailed an invoice with the price a few days later. I highly recommend The File Depot for your shredding needs. He does much bigger jobs than we had but he treated us the same as if it had been a big job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For shredding we charge per pound, the only fixed rate is the pick up charge. Which is $1 per box, bag,etc. For the storage we charge 0.33 cents per legal/letter box. For other boxes size rate may vary ( We have a minimum of $40)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we try to develop an strategy that fix into our costumers needs. Second, we save time and money by doing all the dirty work. Third, we celebrate the beginning of a long and happy relationship with our costumer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training are based with the franchise !
