Ok so here's the thing with this guy. He's GOOD* at what he does, but he's very UNPROFESSIONAL! One he kept my change about $80.00. He left with it when I wasn't paying attention. Two he installed an incorrect faucet. It doesn't even fit. I have been trying to resolve this myself personally with him, but he refuses to call back or answer messages. He did a great job in the bathtub. I had tiles falling off. Other contractors wanted to knock down the entire wall. He didn't have to do that. I give him that. Please read all of his negative reviews and answers. Instead of fixing the issue he has, he trys to turn the table on the victim where he's the victim. I truly hope he's reading this. you know where I live if you want to fix this. Grand View Palace! Also, if you plan to reply negatively at least get someone that can write in English. I will take only two minutes to answer you because if I had not done it before it was because I was out of the country ... I am a professional in what I do I showed it to him with my work in which I wanted to demolish a whole wall I did it simple and economical .. I have not retained a change that you say ... when I finish my job I charged your wife the difference of money that you had already given me for materials .. about two months ago I did the work with which you were pleased and demonstrated by giving a reviw with 5 stars so that my work was done just as you wanted ... if at that time I had some problem you would have said it and gladly returned because you paid me for a service which I did 100% quality or you would not give me the star rating that gave me the day to finish the work .. My problem in speaking English is true but that does not impede me to do my job with quality also if you speak Spanish I do not know what it is the problem .. If I had spoken only in English as well as I would echobel work would not be the first client that I have that they are truly American and they only speak in English and have been pleased with my work .. Why do you say it to make the comment even more negative ?? How do you want me to answer you in English? Sometimes we Latinos are our own executionersthe few criticisms I have as you say and want other lean are for clients who do not have the least respect for the work of others ...and its derogatory way of saying ... AH FOR CERTAIN BARRIER OF ENGLISH ... It sounds a little racist ... if I have barriers in the language and in spite of not having been born I have gone to any school in this country I am an American citizen Something devo speak it ... but as I said before I will work to understand what the client says and try to be pleased .. It was his case to leave home ... Thank you and hopefully change your attitude to people who are profecionales in what they do .. Punctual in the hour agreed to perform my work with quality ... that's a feature of professionalism ... Do not forget it's been two months since I was at home .. Luck and remember that you are so Latino As I am and that I have a better command of the language, it does not make me a better person.
