- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my clients. The first step is connecting and finding out how I can help and be of service to a new customer. We can establish communication over the phone or by meeting by in person. Customers are then given a profile/service sheet for a consultant or service agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational and professional background are in Leadership, Management, Organizational Development, Problem-Sloving-Conflict Resolution, Analytical Research, Planning and Organizing. I hold a Bachelors degree in Public Administration and Master of Arts graduate for cross disciplinary studies, a hybrid between conflict analysis resolution and family therapy. Likewise, I have certified training in personal and professional development coaching and gained profound practical knowledge in writing, proof reading and editing, effective communication, including computer and software proficiency.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started With my profession, doing this type of work back in 2000 when I decided to continue my education and realized my gift of problems solving by helping people with day-to-day issues or complex problems.
