- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m at your place to get the work done. My labor is life time warranty. I am cheaper better and faster. I don’t carry overhead expenses, so my clients get better pricing. Easy to work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the client. Ask for what they need. Look at the space we will be working. Do an estimate. Get approve. Get the Job done. I like to visit the site and meet with the client where the job is gonna take place, then, take a look , plan materials and equipment if needed ,and do an estimate. I usually get on the job really fast once’s is approve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate with an associate degree in Audio Engineering 1996, granted a BS Boise University 2004 -Audio, Many trainings, classes diplomas. Certificates and certifications. Last one DANTE level 3 , Audio over IP, in January 2018 going for CTS this summer.
