- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We off discounts to military, community events, charity events, and schools ( prom, graduation, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So the typical process would be a phone call to get a feel of exactly what the customers expectations and needs are. Following that would be to sign a service agreement and put a deposit to secure date and time for event. Once the event has been booked I will then work on any customization requests for templates, props, etc and have a final confirmation call ( depending on date ) 1-4 days before event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in the field from prior work and have yearly refresher updates on the technology my machine uses. Technology always changes so I like to keep up!
