- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing are usually flat rate as we specialize in long distance moves. The price will conclude the full price for the complete move including all the labor, truck and travel fee your move requires. It is best to Know what you are paying from the beginning. Don't wait until the end. As an alternative we provide hourly rates for local moves under 50 miles. If we quote an hourly rate but prefer a flat rate, please ask us for an in home estimate to guarantee you your complete move cost. When hiring a moving company it is very impotant to get as much info as you can about pricing, like most moving companies there may be an add on that you may not be aware of such as fuel charges, mileage charges, long carry charges, elevator charges and anything else you can think of. So, just ask lots of questions so your not surprised at the end of your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try our best to accommodate our clients as soon as possible. We pleasantly greet each customer. We ask questions in regards to the type of furniture guaranteeing that we have all the tools and proper equipment to perform the job right. After booking, we send follow up emails with the estimated quote as well as a follow up call the day before ensuring the move is still as scheduled. We know plans can change so we like to make sure the customer is fully ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being South Florida's best moving service, we have your furnitures care in mind more than you do. We take pride and knowledge in protecting your furniture. Our men have over 15 years of experience in the moving industry. Not only do we train our new guys to our standards but our veteran movers started off with major companies such as Atlas Vanlines to give an example. We have learned to become the best in the moving field. Learning every aspect of the job. First importance is furniture protection. Properly wrapping your furniture with pad covering and shrink wrap and knowing the necessity of both to create a damage free move. The second most importance to a successful move is properly loading the truck. Improperly loading the truck can create damage to your belongings as well. Our movers have mastered both techniques to insure the best quality service a moving company can provide. All of our movers love what they do and enjoy coming to work every day.
