Competitive, up-front, honest pricing gives us repeat and referral business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform an over-the-phone evaluation of the issue so we can have as much information when we show up in order to diagnose the problem as quickly as possible. Many times repairs are done on-site and the problem is resolved to the customer's satisfaction when we leave.
