- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms of pricing here in AC Fast Solutions, We always try and give the most reasonable price depending on the scope of work. When we send a Sales Representative to go out and do an estimate, They look at all of the conditions of the house that need to be surveyed for the installation (Closet Size, Base Size, Drainage, Concrete Base Size, etc) and they write down a proposal detailing everything that is included with your purchase. And the best part is, the estimate is free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to a repair, we send a technician out there to give the unit a thorough check and diagnose the problem. Once he comes to a conclusion on this diagnostic, he lets the client know what is going on with the unit and we let you now how much the repair would cost. There is no diagnostic fee from our company. For Estimates, refer to to the first Frequently Asked Question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and licensed under the State of Florida. Furthermore, our office members/staff have been in various seminars hosted by each air conditioning brand such as Goodman, Carrier, Rheem etc etc, to familiarize ourselves with their new products and technologies available today.
