- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends, all expectations are always different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have work for restaurant and food industry for the past 15 years. I was always told that my biggest quality was my attention to detail, and once I had to replace the pastry chef when I was working in Dubai. It all started from the moment, and I recently started T’antay Miami.
