FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the event. We have tier pricing to fit every budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, we set up a meeting with the prospective client to show our physical portfolio, go over the contract agreement, answer any questions, ask questions that we would need to know for the job, get to know the prospective client on a somewhat personal level, and show samples of product that we offer for the end result of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the New York Institute of Photography, I have taken multiple continuing education courses through the Wedding School, I attend conventions and workshops to further my education throughout the year. My second shooter, my husband, was raised in a home that had a professional photographer when they lived in NYC and then in South America. He grew up helping in the business, in the dark room developing film, and later attended the New York School of Art and Design where he graduated. Since then has continued on in photography first as a hobby with our 4 children and their sports, now as my second shooter, but has been a professional airbrush artist for nearly 30 years. This causes him to pay VERY special attention to the very fine details of your event. He has taken multiple courses throughout the years to continue his education as well. We never stop learning!
