I appreciate you taking time to give us a review, thank you! I would like to say Carlos did call me and wanted to wash the the area where the granules landed but he couldn't get your hose to work. We usually wash those up, my apologies if it wasn't the best looking at the end. That being said, I'd like to make it right, would you be willing to let us know what parts were dirty? We'll come out and power wash those areas to make it right. I look forward to your response, thank you.
