- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality of work that I provide. Pricing may be higher than some painters but again, my level of work is better than theirs as well. I do things with great attention to detail and do not cut corners. I do not like to rush when I work, however I am NOT a slow worker. I use high-quality paint so your project is sure to look awesome! Feel free to ask any questions regarding pricing/quality
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not give estimates over the internet or phone, regardless of the nature of THUMBTACK. Estimates are only provided in person. Typically, once I get in touch with you we will set up an appointment. At the appointment, I will want to see and inspect the area that needs to be painted. I may also ask you project related questions which will help me narrow down the right type of paint and color for your room. Feel free to ask me any questions at that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in Business Administration and I have sales and marketing background as well. I'm in the painting/home improvement field since 2011 but running my own business since 2018.
