- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay competitive but there is room for negotiation. The prices ODD submits are more of a quote for a sight-unseen job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customer explain what the project is an what the they want in the end. Asking as many questions, even during the project, to ensure compette satisfaction. While listening to the customer explain what they need done, Orange Door Design will walk through, step by step, the process in which details the plan to compete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working in maintenance for a company that is always sending us out for training to make us better in everything we do.
