- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is different and each customer's style is different. Pricing is always dependent on the work that is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first interaction with our customers is the most important. It lets our customers get to know us and gives us the opportunity to listen to their thoughts and feelings regarding their home remodeling needs. This interaction is followed by a bid of the work and a thorough review of the cost. We do not surprise our customers with hidden chargers. A start date and deadline date is set at this time. Then the project is started to transform the home bringing the customer one step closer to their dream. A complete and thorough walk-thru of our superior work is performed before the final customer sign-off. We are very committed to complete and total customer satisfaction. If there is something the customer is not satisfied with, we fix it on the spot.
