- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very detailed about each session with my clients. I try to give a great one on one experience with plenty of emphasis on the details. As it applies to events, I will scout the site of the event prior to our scheduled date to plan for the proper equipment and overall preparation. When I schedule portrait sessions with families or children, clients have the option to decided where the session will be held (or with my recomendation). I am always sure to be clear about the environment we are shooting in so that I am prepared to capture the best images with the necessary equipment. After our session has been held, the turn around for images is about 1 to 2 weeks at most depending on my work load. Clients are provided with an online gallery hosted by my website where they are able to view their images. Depended on what the client has purchased, they will either download their images or order their prints right off the gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completing my final year at UTPB, I will be graduating with a BA in Social Science with a minor in Digital Design. I've taken extensive courses on digital design with emphasis on photography and Photoshop. Although it doesn't directly apply to photography, my background in design has helped me as a business owner to be skilled with marketing. I love to incorporate aspects of design into what I offer my clients.
