Wow. I lost my mind when I found out I had bedbugs. At first, I thought I should just pack up and move (or walk off a cliff). Instead I took a few breaths and made some extermination phone calls and I thank my lucky stars that I was guided to Gregory Sofio. Not only did he talk me off the cliff and out of moving, he did it in such a calming, laid-back manner that my mind was immediately put at ease. He gently let me know everything was going to be just fine and he thoroughly instructed me on everything I had to do to prepare myself for his arrival. At first it seemed very overwhelming, but with his assurance it ended up being quite simple. He was prompt in his response and he set up an appointment quickly. The day of the appointment he was on-time, he was such a delight and funny, too. He talked me through the process and showed me how he uses heat to kill the bugs and their eggs. He is extremely knowledgable. It was so nice that he was using heat and not chemicals. Then I left for the afternoon and did my work and some errands while he stayed at the house exterminating the bugs. He politely called me when he was finished and I came back home very confident in his abilities. I slowly put my home back together. My piece of mind was re-established and I haven't had another bed bug in my place since. I highly recommend Gregory. He is top notch. A+.

For as unsettling ans having bedbugs was, the prospect of choosing an extermination process is daunting as well, That said, this was overall quite simple and trauma-free. The method is safe and all I had to do was prepare my home for Gregory's visit. Prior to the visit the preparation was outlined so my home was in order upon arrival. Gregory arrived on ON TIME (!). He set up and got to work! He was courteous and professional and though I hope to never need to have bedbugs exterminated again I can 100% recommend working with him. Many thanks!

My bed bug problem was mainly focused on my living room couch. But we did my bedroom just in case. Gregory was on time and went to work right away, explaining his process and what to expect. He even showed the recorded digital temp results after it was all completed. Overall it was a fairly easy experience to prepare for the heat treatment and just lots of organizing and final cleaning afterwards. But if it gets rid of the blood suckers, it's worth it. And price was on par or below most estimates I received. Definitely a good value. The best part is I don't have to worry about chemical residue or smell. And peace of mind that the whole room was cooked to death, wherever they may have been hiding (eggs to adults!).
