Jess is very observant and has easily determined the best way to relate to my 10 month old chihuahua. She is knowledgeable, loves animals and is a great teacher. Working with Jess was an easy decision. Linda and Presh <3Mar 14, 2018Verified
Jess is wonderful and caring. We see a difference in Chewie with 1 visit. Our pup needs structure and she has taught our whole family how to be on the same page. Thanks Jess!! Can’t wait for our next visitFeb 25, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My fees are lower then most dog trainers in my area. The reason why the pricing is so low is because I know how it feels not to be able to afford dog traning for your dog. I have a Newfoundland who is very reactive to a number of things such as cars, other dogs or any animal and food aggression. I went to various places and had a hard time paying for the group training sessions, never mind the one on one trainings. I started my business to be able to provide dog owners with training that was affordable and centered around building a relationship around trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If a someone is interested in training they would just need to contact me my phone or email letting me know you are interested in a class. Then we talk about what type of class and find a good date and time that works for you. Once thats set i will email you an application to fill out and bring to class with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to Animal Behavoral College to become a certified dog trainer. I spent my hands on training working with the dogs in the rescue leagues in MA.
