- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an upfront pricing structure that offers no surprises, by showing customers our price before the work is done. We also offer coupons and preventative maintenance inspection programs that benefit our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction at front door starts with putting on booties to protect the customers home. Go over problem/issues with customer and ask specific questions to come up with appropriate solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Plumber/Gas Fitter, Licensed and Insured in Maryland. I completed a four year apprenticeship, through Associated Builders and Contractors. After graduation, I went on to teach in the program at Anne Arundel Community College.
