Introduction: Michael Baron started in real estate over 17 years ago when he purchased his first rehab. Since then, he has built multiple new construction homes, rehabbed dozens of commercial and residential properties and has owned large multifamily and single-family rentals.
Friends and family began to take notice of what Michael was doing, and soon, the interest of his real estate advice took off. Today, people are investing their retirement accounts in his company, both as private lenders as well as owners of his turnkey rentals.
The last 8 years, Michael has spent his time assembling a team of professionals to assist him with helping people buy and sell homes seamlessly. Michael's wealth of knowledge from his time in the building trades and time investing in real estate gives him an edge that is second to none.
In his spare time, he is a high-level real estate coach and speaker for the National Training Company - Fortune Builders. Through his coaching efforts, he has the ability to help others achieve their goals through real estate.
Michael is married to his wife, Elizabeth and has just recently been blessed with their first child, Isabella Noel, who was born on Christmas eve in 2011. When he's not immersed in real estate, he enjoys flying as an instrument-rated private pilot, scuba diving, skiing, fishing and of course, being from Milwaukee, riding his Harley.
