- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After email or phone correspondence, we like to set up a meeting with the client at our gym. This is roughly a 30 minute conversation about what the client's goals are, his/her past with attempting to achieve these goals (what has been tried or hasn't been tried), and other details about nutrition and training. Then we do a few test to see where his/her fitness is currently at. After that we can move forward with setting up training dates and times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody has been licensed by an accredited personal training entity. We also have different areas of expertise that our trainers have been working in for years: football, weight loss, endurance running/sports (triathlons, marathons/half marathons, 5k/10k, etc.) and physique building are the areas we are most knowledgable in. We've also worked with dieticians to put together an amazing customizable and easy to follow nutrition plan that can be customized to almost any need.

We've worked with all types of customers: weight loss, different types of athletes, body builders, physique competitors, and more!
