All of our nutrition, cardio and resistance programs are customized based on age, weight, height, gender and activity history. Remember, Ufit here. She is the perfect combination of tough ("Teresa, you are KILLING me!") and warm ("Diane, you are doing SO well"), and she works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend her without reservation."

Mr. Stewart is excellent at what he does. He and I crossed paths when I wanted to lose the weight but was not fully committed. As my personal trainer, he created an understanding and foundation, where I was able to restart my weight loss journey, on my own, miles away from home. He has served as a good source of information as I continue on my journey. He shows no leniency and there are no excuses. He can supply you with the tools that you need, however, if you're not accountable, you will not see the results. With his help, I've managed to lose 50lbs in 6 months If you're someone who needs tough love, see him.

I had the best trainer in the world who pushed me just right to do things I never knew I could do in my late 60's! I am now 70 and can do even more thanks to the guidance and support group provided by my trainer who helped me make those connections. All service was timely and efficient. I could tell that my individual needs were paid attention to due to the copious notes that were recorded. Thank you sooooooo much for your service!!!

Well first of all Andy is an awesome personal trainer. He set me up with a three month meal plan with all the tools I needed. This is one of the hardest things I have had to do but with Andy there helping me and supporting me every step of the way, it makes me not want to quit. This is a great program for people who want to lose weight but also to train them self to live this life style. Its not easy but you are handed the tools to succeed and it's worth it!
