- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or come on in to our location in downtown Milwaukee. We do not require an appointment, and any of our trained staff can help you with your jewelry needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have training in specific areas of the jewelry industry. From our experienced on-site Goldsmiths to our GIA trained gemologist, we offer an education with our service.
