- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. There are too many variables for prep work and finishing to give a flat rate. Doing so would set up false expectations resulting in unhappy customers. Our custom quotes are specific to YOUR PERSONAL needs and DO NOT cost any more - we do not charge for quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time for the estimate, Monday - Saturday with evening hours available. Proposed work is quoted and customer receives this information onsite at time of estimate. Estimator and Production team schedule a crew based on your needs and their expertise. The project is managed through the remainder of our Certainty Service System.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At one time painting was considered an art, a replica of what we wanted to project to the world. Walls and ceilings were a pallet for creativity. Somewhere much of that was lost and before long "painting" was just....painting. Although we can "just paint" we also have artists and specialties, one not treated any less important than the other.
