- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually my pricing is a fixed rate depending on the size of the job and the scope of the work. I do my best to give fair rates because not only is quality an important factor in a customer's decision making process but so are the prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it begins with introducing myself and sharing information such as experience, what I am capable of accomplishing, and most importantly listening to the customer's wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in building tub & shower surrounds, kitchen & bath floors and backsplashes!
