After having an ‘at home’ realtor (who came highly recommended) and who was afraid to even hold an open house, having only 3 showings in 6 months - I fired her. Yes, my property was a difficult one, in a tough market. However, Bob worked diligently on every lead, with numerous Open Houses and timely showings. He was intense, yet calm and knowledgeable. He knows the business of real estate, codes and how to work with people in a very creative way to get the sale. He knows all the venues for listing a property, and always welcomed my input and ideas. Bob was extremely helpful in our house search. He was very responsive to our requests to see certain houses, and always responded to both phone calls and emails very quickly. I never once felt pressured to make an offer on a house that we weren't comfortable with, even though we started looking before we were ready, he spent time with us, letting us see what was there, and when we found the one, he went to great lengths to make sure that the transaction went as it should have. I would not hesitate to recommend any of my family or friends work with Bob when searching for a new home.
