I had the pleasure of working with Eric. My husband and I We were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right property. Eric Bahr is a very committed realtor , highly dedicated to his job and clients , whenever assigned any task he gets it taken care of on a timely manner , he was our agent for more than a year , he would show us properties any time , mornings , evenings or even weekends , any time as early as 8:00 in the morning until sunset . He is a very decent gentleman , very polite , very patient , he would never leave his clients until he makes sure they found what they were looking for and that they are highly satisfied , i highly recommend Eric for anybody who is looking for a property ,

Eric's assistance was outstanding. After months on my own with no luck, I heard of Eric from my daughter who used him previously. He listened intently to my wants in a home and was always punctual in the showing of the homes. His networking with people in the industry helped me find financing to close quicker than I could have with my own bank. In addition, his guidance and explanation of all the paperwork that needed to be signed made for an injoyable home buying experience.
