FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
____________________________________________________ Please visit our website at petersonstree.com for more info. Pricing tree work through email is tough as there are many variables. Most projects will require us to come take a look to give an accurate price, but sometimes we can give a price if there is an accurate picture included. Tree work pricing can and will vary, but make sure you are comparing apples to apples. The three biggest considerations when choosing someone for your tree work are: 1. Insurance - are they properly insured specifically for TREE WORK? 2. Certified Arborist? - To earn an ISA Certified Arborist credential, you must be trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of arboriculture. ISA Certified Arborist have met all requirements to be eligible for the exam, which includes three or more years of full-time, eligible, practical work experience in arboriculture and/or a degree in the field of arboriculture, horticulture, landscape architecture, or forestry from a regionally accredited educational institute. This certification covers a large number of topics giving the candidates flexibility in the arboricultural profession. A code of ethics for ISA Certified Arborists strengthens the credibility and reliability of the work force. 3. Our pricing includes full cleanup to the point that your yard is cleaner than when we got there. Our pruning (trimming) standards are per industry standard ANSI A300 Best Management Practices and we take the time to do it right. Ask questions and know what you are getting!
