Elizabeth is an amazing trainer and person! She is kind and fun to work with. She always challenges me to push myself during workouts, but she is incredibly accommodating of any injuries or pain. I always look forward to seeing her and I know she wants me to reach my goals both in and out of the gym.

The best thing about Elizabeth is she makes working out fun! I look forward to the sessions and am progressing. I've always had a hard time with motivation to work out consistently and not let life interfere. Elizabeth is skilled and has helped me realize that taking care of myself is a priority!

I've worked with trainers for a long time and what I like about Elizabeth is that she provides effective training that compliments my short term and long term goals. I like that she does research to provide a better workout experience, she is very perceptive and responsive. Her range is such that a person new to training would benefit from training Elizabeth, as well as the experienced weightlifter working on technique.

Top-notch trainer, highly recommended. I've been working with her for about 7 months, and seen GREAT results. Always on time, very knowledgeable, professional, great circuit routines, everything your looking for in a trainer. I recommend signing up sooner rather than later.

Elizabeth exceeds my expectations as a Fitness Trainer. I have had personal trainers for over 4 years and I have worked with Elizabeth for over 9 months and my fitness goals of strength, flexibility, fun and balance have improved vastly. Elizabeth pushes me in the best of ways and she is very aware of my physical limitation in regard to a past injury. I feel safe, inspired, encouraged and challenged when training with Elizabeth. Just show up and do the work, and you will be so pleased with your commitment to yourself under Elizabeth's professional guidance.
