- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends on what type of advertising campaign customers are looking to run.The only constant in my process is the initial phone call, where clients provide details on exactly what they are looking for and when they would like to start and stop everything. The logistic of the project will also be worked out during the call. Onboarding process: - Initial phone call - Finalized Start and End date of the project. - Grant Access to advertising accounts ( Facebook, Twitter, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Bing Ads etc) - Build Campaign or Modify Existing Campaign. - Review Campaign Updates with Client. - Weekly Calls with Client - Daily Email with hours worked

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My profile displays an extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing. Currently, I act as a Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Minacs Marketing Solutions. As a Senior Campaign Manager, I managed over 100 Paid Search & Display Campaigns which included a monthly budget of $30,000. Also, I oversee 50 Facebook campaigns and analyze various campaign metrics. In addition to my current Digital Marketing background, I have prior experience; as well as and an educational background within Online Advertising. During the summer of 2013, I interned at Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Digital Marketing Intern, which lasted until June 2014. Throughout this encounter, I gained solid Digital Marketing skills. As an intern, I assisted with the design of the company’s website. I helped enhanced the media exposure and brand recognition. Also to note, I established their Twitter and Facebook presence. Following the completion of the summer internship, I worked at Blavity.com as an Online Marketing Specialist. While employed, I administered Key Word Research, implemented SEO strategies, analyzed website data, and conducted AB and Multivariate testing. I also help strengthen company’s Social Media presence while building their Online Community. Lastly, I managed Blavity’s PPC campaign using Google Adwords with a monthly budget of $500. Before, I gained my digital work background; I attended Clark Atlanta University where I study Marketing for 4 years and later Graduated in 2013. After, I completed my studies at Clark Atlanta; I attended Full Sail University and elected to study Internet Marketing.
