- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, varies by the size and difficulty of the job along with the frequency of the job. It is cheaper to do a job weekly then every other week or once a month. Discounts- $10 off for seniors (age 60+), 20% off for referring 5 customer, 30% off for referring 20 customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the first meeting is either over the phone or via email and that's when I give my estimate, then I schedule a walk through meeting so I can see what the job entails and give the customer the best price for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education- I have a Bachelors degree in Science of Business Management. Training- I have been mowing lawns since I was 10 years old and professionally I have done landscaping for Nature Boy Trees and prior to starting my own company I did lawn care for N&M Lawn Service, LLC.
