FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Please see first question also** We try to keep our pricing affordable overall while providing quality services and products; however the pricing may differ depending on the complexity and/or quantity of products within the order/project. The final price on a project is determined at the time of the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick intro of course, and then we get into these short steps!! 1.) The consultation is the beginning of the process, it is important that the communication is clear between the client and us regarding the creative direction of a project so that we are on the same page. After we gather key information ie..industry,type of design, logo, website, colors overall concept etc.. then we'll hone in on the specifics. Price quotes will differ depending on the quantity (of products) and complexity of the project for example, whether they want a logo, website, website and a logo, eCommerce website, number of products offered on the website...so on and so forth.Package deals can be discussed at the time of the consultation as well. 2.) We require half down to initiate the project and then balance is due at the completion of the project. Those who are local may pay in cash or via Paypal, either way you will receive a receipt for your records otherwise for those outside of the Twin Cities area, Paypal will be used as the only method of payment (also see pricing section for more info). 3.) Once your deposit has been made and we have began the designing stage,we typically provide the client with 3-5 different drafts of the design (logo, flyer, business card..etc..) and we will provide you with screen shots (via email) of the your design along the way, so that you stay involved with the process! 4.) Once we've narrowed the options down, the client will make the final decision and we will prepare the files/info for delivery and/or process your order (for print products).
