The Clean League
About this pro
The overall end result was very good. Friendly, knowledgable window cleaner. Windows looked as good as new. I was surprised by the cost, however. The final price ended up being much more than I had anticipated, given the expectation that was set in the email estimate. I think this company would do well to send someone out to the property and give an actual estimate, as opposed to sending a general estimate email. So, 4/5 stars.Sep 12, 2016Verified
We are so happy with the work that was done. It's like having new windows! Not to mention how clean the roof looks.Thank goodness they cleaned the gutters because we had a big storm last night and the downspouts worked like they were supposed to.Will recommend The Clean League to all my friends and family. Will be using them next year! Thanks Jay.Aug 11, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Window cleaning is priced by each individual pane. We break a majority of window panes into three categories, small, medium, and large. An estimated 80% of panes are medium panes and they cost $5 for interior/exterior cleaning and $3 for just one side. Pressure-washing is determined by an on-site time estimation of the job scope. An average home with 1500 square feet runs about $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We ensure that from first contact, you feel that you are working with a company that cares more about the client than the money they spend. With open and quick communication, we are able to get most clients quoted, scheduled, and completed within one weeks time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of our cleaners have industry experience which we verify every time. Every cleaner that we employ goes through a training with our head cleaner to ensure that we are 110% confident in the services that we provide.
