- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Fetzer Insurance we do things a little differently. We meet with each and every client because we've found that those we know the best we can help the most! Our hours (M-Th 9 AM-7 PM, Fri 9 AM - 5 PM & Sat 9 AM - 12 PM) allow clients the flexibility to meet with us at a time that works for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my career at State Farm working for an agent in the North Metro. I had written a life insurance policy for a couple (for privacy reasons I'll call them Mike and Michelle). A few months after starting their policies they received devastating news... Michelle was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Unfortunately, Michelle passed away in just a few short months but I was there to hand Mike a check for $250,000. This check ensured he didn't have to rush back to work, didn't have to worry about making ends meet and it enabled him to mourn the loss of his best friend and companion without the added stress of finances. Being there for this family in the worst time of their lives really hit home for me... and I realized that this is my calling. Taking care of your family means so much to me and I passionately treat each client like they're part of my own.
