- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While each project is unique, my rates range between $25/hr (e.g. basic proofreading) to $75/hour (content strategy, ghost writing, copy writing). Depending on the scope of work, a project-based fee may be suitable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick chat of the services you need and how I can help you. If I can't, I'm sure to recommend people who can! After we know it's a good fit, you can expect a contract and summary of work, along with estimated costs emailed in a stated timeframe. We will review the summary of work together and make revisions as necessary. Depending on the scope of the project, I schedule check-ins where we can review and update the summary of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in communications, writing and editing, plus a Masters in Strategic Communication and an MA in English.
