- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on items chosen and season of the flowers chosen. All most all flowers can be obtained year long- but the cost can vary as to where they are sourced. For Example- Peony's are available from Holland from March - though May. In June can be found locally and in July through September can be brought in from Alaska. The Winter months they are from Peru. Transportation is the factor as to the cost of each stem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you will want to call to set up a No Charge Consultation with one of our wedding consultants. They will work with you to create the perfect combination of blooms to make your wedding day memorable. Typically you will want to commit to a florist 3-6 months before your wedding; it not unheard of to book your florist up to a year before. Although We have help couples up to the day before the big day. (For best selection we would not recommend this) A deposit is required at the time of booking and balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding. You will meet with you consultation typically 2 times and correspond regularly by email and phone. And then just wait for the big day and your delivery to arrive with beautiful floral designs.

All our designers are accredited by the MN State Florist Association. We have 2 Award winning designers on staff. the Owner Howard O'neill is The 2012 Designer of the Year Winner.
