I had a walk through with Mel at my house last week. Everything went well, so I scheduled my first cleaning with her for this Tuesday and. . . she never showed up. I tried emailing, texting and calling her number with no response at all which is weird because she was very responsive initially. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend her.
