- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For ghostwriting and editing, I charge between $75 and $90 per hour depending upon the complexity of the work. For web copy, I charge $250 per static page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial email exchange, I set up a phone call to determine whether or not we might be a good fit. Then I offer to write a sample post or piece of copy at a reduced rate. If the client is pleased with my work, we move ahead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in creative writing and 15 years of experience as a professional writer.
