We work diligently to ensure clients adopt the changes they want and build the framework to support them. What is your goal? Why is it important? Where do you struggle most? As we train, we coach. By doing so, we help you uncover your greatest strengths and your biggest areas of opportunity. The greatest satisfaction is watching my clients overcome and press through time and time again to achieve their best self. From the smallest accomplishment (such as logging meals) to the biggest (burning fat, building muscle, and maintaining the results), I enjoy the process of guiding my clients through their success.

Amy was my first personal trainer and she was great. The best part of the experience is how she motivated me with positive feedback. Even though she was spotting me (and nearly doing all of the work towards the latter part of the set), she was always encouraging. I was able to lose a good amount of body fat and increase my muscle mass. I could feel my body change physically and metabolically. And it was really all due to Amy. Her workouts were intense but not intimidating and she even helps plan out workout regimens for additional self-workout days, which really helped me get into shape more. It has been almost 3 weeks since our final training session together and I am still motivated to this day to exercise and keep up with my workouts. As a person who could never feel motivated to exercise, this is an amazing result and it's because of the regiments that Amy put together for me. She created a five day routine for me to follow and it's probably the best post-training session service. On the first day of our training session, Amy said that her ideal goal was to be able to do at least 5 pull ups. Up until that day, I couldn't even do one. Today, I can do 5.

Amy is such a fun person to work with! I feel like she really understood my needs and created a personalized workout for me. She really pushed me, which was hard, but so worth it! She's been a key piece to placing me on a road to better health and fitness. She's honest, straight forward, and personal. Highly recommend her to anyone!

It was a great experience and one that I highly recommend. She was knowledgeable and very supporting. As a male, I felt comfortable and at ease training with her. We setup a training program and she gave me excellent instruction on how to do the exercise in the proper way. It was the perfect balance between knowing my limitations and make progress.

Amy has been my personal trainer for the last 5 months. During this time I have seen a great transformation. I've gotten a lot stronger and have started seeing some great improvements in weight and body fat loss. Most importantly, she has been instrumental in helping me drastically improve my eating habits through awareness and coaching.
