- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have package pricing for certain ponds and pondless waterfalls. Many times we do custom quotes that are larger than the standard package prices. We have done projects from $500 on up to a $250,000 swimming pond. We have also built (to our knowledge) the largest paver driveway in Minnesota totaling over 16 thousand square feet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a consultation including both owners Nick, Justin and the client(s). First we like to hear what the clients goals and visions for the project are. From there we usually bounce ideas off of each other until we come up with a game plan. We inform the client what we expect for a timeline on the project and what the cost will be. Once we agree on a price we do not raise it, that is the agreed price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside for a having a combined 25 years of experience between the two of us, we are a Certified Aquascape Contractor. Aquascape is the leading pond supply manufacturer in the world. They have continued education classes, information and seminars which keep all of the certified contractors up to date with the latest products and techniques. There are approximately 500 certified contractors nationwide.
