- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All In 1 Services does not have standard pricing at the moment, every service completed with our clients is discussed upon hiring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hire All In 1 Services you will be contacted shortly either by via email, phone, or on Thumbtack for a short 10-15 mins consulate to get the information we need from you in order to successfully complete your project. Once we have done that we will start the process of your service. Which can take up to 2-3 days after our consultation then we will call you or email you to inform you that your project has been completed. We will make a time that is suitable for you to meet up with us either in person of via internet if you live outside of Minnesota. Once we have reviewed the project and you like it we can hand it over to in person or email upon payment agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Sandy and I am the president of All In 1 Services. I have completed online courses for resume and cover letter creation, we are Microsoft certified, I have completed college courses for admin work and I have 12 years of experience in admin as well as costumer services.
