- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do have an hourly rate, I typically work on retainer or on a per project basis. This helps the client know what the project will cost up front, and eliminates surprises when you receive the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two projects are exactly the same. Before I start working on a strategy, I meet with the client to learn more about their company or organization, audience, and goals. That is the foundation to any successful marketing strategy. I use my experience in digital marketing and knowledge of best practices in the field to develop a plan that's unique to you. Then, I use your data to tweak the strategy so we can identify what's working and what's not, and make changes accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been developing digital marketing strategies for companies and organizations for over a decade. I got my start in this field 17 years ago by developing websites after teaching myself HTML. Now, I combine my background in website development, my training in engineering and photography, and my work experience in marketing and communications to help companies develop successful online strategies.
