So I called alot of companys to help me . I needed a new garage door as my daughter drove thru are's but Superior garage door company was the only one returned my call. They were able ti cime out and explain what they need ti do and how long it would take and the cost, as I did not have insurance yet. Loved there work and professionalism they are. Thank you so much.

    Pricing always depends on the service needed. After evaluating the situation, I will be able to give an approximate price.

    At the very start of every service I make a call to my customer to figure out what they're in need of. In some situations, I'm able to tell them exactly what's going on and how I'll be able to fix it. In other situations, I may need to come and inspect the problem. Either way, the customer will always be informed with what I plan to do to solve the problem before I begin the job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The provider should always tell you what he plans to do before beginning the task, and the costs that follow. Unless you're a fan of surprises.
