- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always depends on the service needed. After evaluating the situation, I will be able to give an approximate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the very start of every service I make a call to my customer to figure out what they're in need of. In some situations, I'm able to tell them exactly what's going on and how I'll be able to fix it. In other situations, I may need to come and inspect the problem. Either way, the customer will always be informed with what I plan to do to solve the problem before I begin the job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The provider should always tell you what he plans to do before beginning the task, and the costs that follow. Unless you're a fan of surprises.
