- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, each building block is dollar cost averaged across hundreds of projects and we are able to predict our cost within 3% +/- on a quarterly basis. This gives our designers the ability to estimate your project with total confidence and leaves little room for customer surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is an in home consultation. We come out to the house to evaluate the scope of work, lend our expert design experience, create a building block summary of the project, illuminate some of the common mistakes people make when sourcing cabinets, help them understand what life will be like if we are hired for the project and give them a guaranteed price in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a residential remodeling designer since 2006. I have personally designed over 1500 projects that have actually been built and 1000's more that never made it out of concept. We have staff throughout our organization with similar levels of experience and can afford to make significant commitments to our customers knowing that we have the experience and aptitude to fulfill.
