- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty cheap for the hard work I provide and the work I expect my team to provide. We deep clean for only $35 an hour. A second cleaner will be an extra $10 an hour. Our standard clean is $25 an hour. A second cleaner will be an extra $12 an hour. Satisfaction guaranteed cause I'm confident in my team and myself to get the job done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Comfortability for the customers is most important. So our team take pride in how they look, speak, and performing their duties on the job. We ask what is the main focus and concerns so we know what's important to the customer. We also greet the customer by name or sir/ ma'am to show respect. We offer discounts and deals for recurring customers to show our appreciation for doing business with Golden Connections (GC). We ask the customers what all do they need serviced so they don't have to worry about the price changing on them at the last minute. We then schedule and book. We try our best to be as flexible as possible for the convenience of our customers. Then we get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've cleaned my whole life cause my mother was a cleaner. She use to take me and my sister on jobs with her cause she couldn't afford a babysitter. I took online training and courses for chemical safety and better solutions for better results when cleaning.
