I went with this team because she made a point that they're a small family run business and she had the most compelling and complete list/price for a move out cleaning. She had to cancel on me the morning she was scheduled to do the cleaning, I was completely receptive and responded that I could work with her schedule for 2 days after our initial date. She NEVER responded, I tried twice and called her business line but never heard back. I see from another review that she stood up another client 1 day prior to my scheduled cleaning. I am so disappointed and now have to pay my prior landlord to use his cleaning service. Just a warning, 2 of the 5 reviewers have been stood up.

We got a quick response from Melinda. She came prepared to clean and brought all the supplies and the vacuum. She took direction very well and did a thorough cleaning. We have hired them to clean every few weeks and referred them to family already.
