FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some sample "stock" or "ala carte" pricing available on our website to just give a prospective customer a general idea for budgeting, but typically we hand-craft solution stratgies that may often combine pieces and parts of those items listed to ensure the customer is receiving solutions that will meet their individual needs and budgets best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we're introduced to a potential new customer I like to setup an initial call or visitation to learn more about their business, their current challenges and/or goals, and their budgets. This gives us an idea of how we might best help them move forward. I'll take that information back to the team to discuss a strategy for the customer and then present them with some solution options to select from based on their current priorities.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked from businesses across a variety of industry including food & beverage, hospitality, legal, financial & insurance, real estate, product sales, event planning, contractors, artists & musicians, non-profit organizations and more.
