We offer 60- and 30-minute sessions (telephonic or in-person), grocery store tours, 30 minute lunch and learns, and telephone sessions for your convenience. Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with a master's degree in clinical nutrition with over 6 years of experience in counseling/coaching individuals and their families.
