I have been working out at CFSB for over 2 years and can easily say I am in the best shape of my life. Brandon, Carl and all the other coaches at CFSB are great. They create a great atmosphere for workouts. I was amazed at how after my first 1 to 2 classes, they all knew my name. Crossfit has had the bad rap of causing injuries but I have not found that to be the case here. They place a real emphasis on performing movements correctly and safely; always finding options that will work for all skill levels. Whether you are an elite athlete training for the Crossfit Games or new to crossfit, CFSB has something to offer you. In addition to the regular workouts, I have taken advantage of their individual programming to focus on specific areas that I would like to improve on. The attention to detail and constant feedback that has been provided with this has yielded outstanding results. My strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility are at levels that I would never have thought possible.

CrossFit South Bend designs individualized programming for your goals, whether you want to get faster and stronger, or look better naked, you are sure to see results. Their data-driven approach will tailor a program that targets your weaknesses while testing your progress along the way. Personally, I have been doing a gymnastics program for about 5 months. As a result, I have doubled my weighted pull-up, observed tremendous gains in my formerly weaker movements from toes-to-bar to handstand-push-ups, and even seen a change in my body composition towards more toning (an unexpected, but welcome bonus).

Welcoming environment, superb coaching and all sorts of other options such as personalized training and nutritional counseling. This has become my home away from home and I never want to go anyplace else!
