- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more times they require their home to be serviced in a months time the larger the discount to their account. My goal is always to keep my customers returning and happy. So I am happy to reward discounts for their loyalty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set an appointment for me to visit the home and meet with the clients in person. We will walk through the home, and I will have the client point out exactly what they would like serviced. I make sure to establish a base relationship and answer any and all questions my client has. I make sure they are 100% comfortable with me as I require to work alone and uninterrupted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the RV industry as a unit cleaner for the passed 8 years. I take pride in the quality and efficiency of my work. I am fast and thorough, and I guarantee my work. If my clients are not 100% satisfied, any work they feel is substandard will be re-serviced and corrected immediately (or at the client's convenience) and free of charge.
