- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my first taste of fitness in 2005 after a wrestling injury left me sidelined and in a downward spiral that would lead me to gain 20 lbs and lose about 80% of the strength in my left leg. Instead of letting that stop me, however, it motivated me to get into shape and ultimately embark on a career as a fitness coach and personal trainer. I love to motivate my clients to reach their goals, both in the gym and in life. To achieve the most effective, safe and fun workout programs for you, I will take into account your habits and lifestyle to make sure we maintain a sustainable balance. As your Redux diamond trainer, I will teach you what living healthy really means while empowering you to end the age of starvation diets by changing the way you think and feel about exercise and nutrition. Whatever your goals, I will assist you to get the results you desire! Be inspired, be powerful, be yourself. Lets take the next step together.
