- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will drive to your location and conduct class or skills testing. The certification cards are through "American Health and Safety". You can take the course on-line or the typical class room style course. To save time and cost it is best to do the on-line course it starts at $55.00 a person when class size is a minimum of five students. Once completing the on-line course a skills testing session will be conducted, afterwards cards will be issued by email. The typical class room lecture with video and skills practice starts at $75.00 a person with a minimum of five students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting to know the customer. 2. Be honest and straight forward with them in what you offer. 3. Give the customer the best service possible. 4. Follow up with your customer. 5. Agree on what type class will be taught and all particulars surrounding that class. 6. Agree and sign an agreement document on what service will be offered and how much it will cost. 7. Costumer agrees to provide class room setting and audio/video equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked 32 years with the City of Houston Fire Department, a former Paramedic, Eleven years as a Fire Inspector, High Rise Evacuation Trainer. Having taught some years with Alvin Community College, Houston Community College in Emergency Medical Service. I have been teaching CPR A.E.D. - First Aid for over 20 years.
